Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in cases where the product delivered is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or broken upon arrival
- Incorrect product received
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Policy
If the order is defective, damaged, or does not suit you, we provide the option of replacing your order with any product from our store.
Our exchange policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once approved, we will dispatch the exchanged product.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Used, worn, altered, or damaged items (except transit damage)
- Returns requested due to personal preference, color variation, or styling expectations
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID
- Phone number used while placing the order
- Images of the damaged/incorrect product (if applicable)

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the form or via email only.
Return Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable)
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product
- Returned items must be securely packed to avoid further damage
Refund Process
After the returned product passes our quality verification, refunds will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 1–2 business days after return approval and receipt of the item
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:
- The product is returned with missing accessories
- The item shows signs of use not related to transit damage
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Important Notes
- Discov Accessories reserves the right to approve or reject return requests
- Refund decisions are final and based on quality inspection
- Color differences due to screen settings are not considered defects
