Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are requested to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address along with a correct pin code and contact number.
- Discov Accessories is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of placing the order.
- No refunds will be issued for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided shipping address.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the customer may be required to collect the order directly from the courier partner’s designated location, subject to the courier’s policies.
Delivered but Not Received?
- If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
- Requests raised after this time frame may not be eligible for investigation.
