We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs.499. Orders below this will incur a nominal charge of Rs 49.
You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the product and packaging is unused and in original condition. For further details please go through the Return Policy document.

In case, you have not received the order, we request you to whatsapp us on +91 9147707636 or mail us at info@discovaccessories.com within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.
Kindly note, any complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the delivery intimation may not be considered.
We use leading courier company such as Shiprocket for shipments in India.
If your package has been opened or tampered with, do not accept the shipment. Immediately inform our customer care team via info@discovaccessories.com or WhatsApp +91 9147707636. Note that any intimation after 24 hours of the attempted delivery will not be considered.
You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our warehouse, including sale items. The amount if paid will be credited to the same payment method used. If you wish to cancel after the order is packed, contact our Customer Care team at info@discovaccessories.com or WhatsApp +91 9147707636.
Our products are anti-tarnish, with a little care, your jewellery will last longer! Regular use of water on jewellery - like showers, swimming etc, should be avoided, however little water will not tarnish the jewellery. we have included the care instructions in our jewellery care guide.
Try and store the jewellery separately. Our pouch / box is perfect for protecting your jewellery. It prevents scratches and tarnishing, keeping your items safe and secure.
Store your bag, belt, jacket in a place where is no heavy object is on top of it, can spoil the shape and look of the product.
In case of light strains, you can clean the fabric part by taking a wet cloth and wiping the fabric. For the vegan leather part, wipe the strain off using cotton soaked in any oil, like coconut oil. Do not clean the fabric with oil or any other chemical.
